In game time: February 5, 1925
The Victims: William, Early, Alexander, Allen, Sebastian, Roland, Chris
Summery: The group splits up for William, Alexander, and Sebastian to drop off all the valuable things they found at a bank box while Early and Allen go to find out what happened at The Scoop.  William's group is followed and they try to work out a clever way at evading their pursuers.  Early and Allen find that one of the Scoop reporters who Roland got to follow Gavigan was murdered after he saw him enter a spice shop.  Another reporter followed the owner to that shop to Gavigan's country estate.  They also hear of an Egyptian themed nightclub in that same neighborhood.  The investigators see someone leaving the shop which they then find closed so naturally they break in and ransack it.  They find evidence that the owner is involved with the cult and a few other useful items.  They go to the nightclub as well, but since it is closed they don't go in.  Next, they take a train to Ipswitch, a coastal town nearest to the estate and rent a fisherman's truck to go out to it.

Meanwhile Roland awakens in a cell with Chris who has been held prisoner for a few days.  James shows up to help them escape, but just outside of the cell they run into Gavigan and another cultist.  Rendering them unconcious and locking them in a cell, the group now disguised as cultists exits the estate.  Outside they find the truck they arrived in and many cultists milling around.  They find a large stele dedicated to the Black Pharoah behind the house.  The house is on a small island off some desolate moors.  The group steals the truck and tries to take off down the driveway, but they find that the bridge has been removed.  They swim for it and begin the long trek across the dark moors on a moonless night hoping to stay ahead of the cultists.  They're attacked by some kind of soft, flying creature which in the end snags James while Chris and Roland run for it and it carries him off.  Eventually they spot a vehical moving on the road which turns out to be the other group of investigators.
